Want to meet, eat lunch, and learn with villagers from across our network of area Villages? Villages NW has been sponsoring a series of workshops for all Villages in the Metro area. The next one will take place here in Oregon City. Village Engagement is the topic for the February 21 Listen Lunch and Learn Workshop from 9:30 to 2:00. This is the third in an ongoing series of workshops to expand the pool of volunteers who work on teams or administrative tasks. This workshop will focus on all the ways mentoring happens, both formal and informal - not just mentor to mentee, but learning from groups, from colleagues, from experts, from friends, etc. You will have the opportunity to work in small groups as well as ask questions and gather ideas from other villagers. Lunch will be provided. All villagers are welcome - members, volunteers, prospective volunteers. This is a great opportunity to meet and learn from folks in other area Villages. The workshop will be held at the Providence Willamette Falls Community Center, at the corner of 15th and Washington.
