The Village at the Falls Recycling Team has completed their "Beta Test" for our members-only recycling program. It's been a big success, with donations collected for Free Geek, Metro Hazardous Waste, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Community Warehouse as well as #1 PETE Plastics. Thank you to everyone who participated, and a BIG thank you to our Recycling Team John Moore, Jordan Edholm, Kathy Robertson, Ron Reed and Diane Peterson.
We'd like to make our Recycling Program an even bigger success so the Team has decided to open the program to Village Volunteers as well! Recycling will now be quarterly to allow you time to gather your donations. Remember, this is to recycle items you can't put in your regular recycling bin. Pickup is always subject to the volunteer's discretion. As we get closer to the date there will be a Recycling Event listed on our website with a button you can use to schedule your pickup www.VillageattheFalls.org or call the office at 503-479-8256.
